Sessions will take place March, 24th - 26th at 6pm Central

Each session will be about 1 hour long.

Participating live is always best, but you WILL be able to watch the recordings at any time during these 3 days through the Facebook Group!

Hi, I’m Tabitha Wheeler and I’m so glad you’re here! As a wife, mom of five, and someone who has spent years helping others succeed, I know firsthand how busy life can get—and how easy it is to put yourself last.


For years, I served as a Success Coach in higher education, guiding students through challenges like grief, finding housing, transportation, and childcare—helping them not just survive, but thrive. Now, I bring that same passion for transformation to women like you who are ready to take control of their health, lose weight, and feel amazing—without complicated workouts or extreme diets.


I also serve at my church, leading an incredible team of volunteers who create a welcoming space for our community. Through all of this, I’ve learned the power of mindset, simple systems, and lasting change.
